Itinerary

Day 01

Arrival and Transfer to Gangtok

  • You will be received by our driver at Bhagdogra Airport. He will assist you for the forward journey to Gangtok (128 Kilometers, 5 hours).
  • Land of monastery, mystic rituals / festivals at an elevation of 1,437 meters / 4,715 feet is the most often visited spot of India for its rare Orchids and.
  • Check into the hotel - If time permits Gangtok Local Sightseeing (Optional).
  • In the evening one is free to stroll around M.G.Marg or the local Market.
  • Overnight stay at Gangtok.
Day 02

Excursion to Changu / Tsomgo Lake (Nathula Optional)

  • After an early morning breakfast, visit to Tsomgo / Changu Lake and Baba Mandir. Tsomgo lake is one of the holy lake of the region.
  • If you wish to visit Nathu La, a pass visit has to be arranged the previous night(the tickets are non refundable).
  • Come back to hotel for lunch.
  • The rest of the day is free. Evening one is free to stroll around MG Road or the Local Market.
  • Overnight stay at Gangtok.
Day 03

Transfer to Lachung

  • Drive to Lachung 35 kilometers from Chungthang and reach Lachung by late afternoon / early evening.
  • You can explore local area of Lachung.
  • Check into a hotel and relax.
  • Evening is free to stroll and visit the Lepcha Village.
  • Stroll to the local monastery (highly recommended).
  • Overnight stay at Hotel Lachung.
Day 04

Lachung to Yumthang Valley - Zero Point

  • After breakfast, at the stay, drive towards Yumthang Valley. Yumthang Valley.
  • Drive further to Zero Point, which is the last outpost and the highest part of the tour here.
  • Return to Lachung by late afternoon.
  • Dinner and overnight stay in Lachung.
Day 05

Lachung to Gangtok via Seven Sisters Waterfall & Bakthang Waterfall

  • After breakfast, check out from the hotel and begin your drive towards Gangtok, the capital of Sikkim.
  • En route, stop at Seven Sisters Waterfall and Bakthang Waterfall, where you can admire the cascading waters and capture some memorable photographs.
  • Continue your journey through Himalayan landscapes before arriving in Gangtok.
  • Check in to your hotel and spend the rest of the evening at leisure.
  • Dinner and overnight stay in Gangtok.
Day 06

Gangtok Sightseeing to Pelling Transfer (Approx. 132 Km / 5 Hours)

  • After a scrumptious breakfast transfer for Pelling.
  • On the way explore Enchey Monastery, Namnang View Point, Do-Drul Chorten, Handicraft Centre & Flower Show.
  • Pelling is for view of the snow-capped mountains of Kanchenjunga.
  • On arrival check in into the hotel. Rest of the day is at leisure.
  • Overnight stay will be at Pelling.
Day 07

Pelling Sight Seeing

  • After breakfast, start a full day sightseeing of Pelling.
  • Visit Khangchendzonga waterfalls, Sewaro Rock Garden, Rimbi water Falls & Khachoedpalri Lake, Pemayangtse Monastery & Chenrezig Statue Cum Skywalk.
  • At 4 PM head towards Darjeeling.
  • Overnight stay will be at Darjeeling.
Day 08

Darjeeling Local Sightseeing

  • Wake up early and visit the Tiger Hill for the best sunrise point.
  • While returning visit Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop.
  • After breakfast, set out for a half day city tour covering HMI, P.N.
  • Afternoon free for shopping and leisure.
  • Night halt at Darjeeling.
  • Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 09

Departure from Darjeeling

  • After breakfast, you may have a little time for taking that last stroll.
  • Then transfer to Bhagdogra Airport & proceed journey with sweet memory of North East.
  • The trip ends here.
