Itinerary

Day 01

Shimla Arrival and travel to Sarahan | Day for Leisure

  • Pickup from Shimla and head towards Sangla Valley. You will pass through Kufri and Narkanda.
  • On arrival done hotel check-in formalities and enjoy a evening in Sarahan Valley.
  • Visit Bhimakali Temple.
Day 02

Sarahan to Chitkul via Sangla Valley

  • After breakfast, head towards Chitkul; en route, you will pass through the Sangla Valley. We will be traveling from Sarahan to Chitkul.
  • Chitkul is 106 km from Sarahan and is a small, village that lies near the border between India and Tibet. Chitkul is the last inhabited village in this region.
  • Enjoy your Dinner and overnight stay at Chitkul.
  • Visit Karcham Wangtoo Dam.
  • Visit Kamroo Sangla Valley Gate.
  • Visit Baspa Bridge.
  • Visit Kamru Fort.
Day 03

Chitkul to Kalpa Transfer

  • Post breakfast, we will take you to the ITBP check post & Hindustan ka Akhri Dhaba (enjoy lunch in India's Last Dhaba at your own expense).
  • After that, we'll start our journey of kalpa. We'll be passing through the popular town of Sangla before entering the spectacular Kinnaur Valley.
  • At Kalpa, you will warm up with a piping cup of tea before checking into your homestay/hotel.
  • Dinner and overnight stay at the property in Kalpa.
  • Visit Kinner Kailash Peak.
  • Visit Kalpa Monastery.
  • Visit Suicide Point.
  • Visit Reckong Peo Town.
Day 04

Kalpa to Nako Transfer

  • Dinner and overnight stay at Homestay in Nako.
  • Visit Hindustan-Tibet Highway.
  • Visit Nako Lake.
Day 05

Nako to Kaza via Tabo, Gue and Dhankar

  • We will start this day after breakfast from Nako and visit the 1021-year-old Tabo Monastery, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
  • We'll also be visiting Gue Monastery and Dhankar Monastery.
  • After Dhankar, we'll visit Kungri Monastery and Mudh Village.
  • We'll reach Kaza before evening and check-in into our hotel. The rest of the day will be at leisure.
  • Dinner at the hotel in Kaza.
Day 06

Kaza (Langza - Komic - Hikkim)

  • Start our day after breakfast, and start sightseeing.
  • Spend some time at Komic, the highest inhabited village in the world. Get clicking with the locals and spend some time at the monastery.
  • Later, start your journey to Hikkim, the highest post office in the world, which is about 5 km from Komic. Send postcards to your near and dear ones.
  • Dinner and Night stay at Kaza.
  • Visit Langza.
  • Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 07

Kaza to Chandrataal Lake via Kibber - Kee Monastery and Chicham

  • Head towards one of the most lakes in India, i.e., Chandratal.
  • En route, we'll be stopping at Key Monastery, which is the largest monastery in the entire Spiti Valley.
  • We'll also be visiting Kibber, which is one of the highest motorable villages in the world, and Chicham Khas Bridge, which is the highest bridge in Asia at.
  • Return to the campsite before sunset, and if the skies are clear, wait for an amazing sunset on CB12 ( Chandra Bhagha 12).
  • Dinner and overnight stay in camps at Chandrataal.
  • Visit Kunzum Pass.
  • Visit Losar.
Day 08

Chandrataal to Manali

  • Today is the last day of our tour.
  • We will start for Manali early in the morning after breakfast, and you will be dropped off in Manali by the afternoon.
  • Tour ends here.
  • Dinner and overnight stay.
