Day 01

Arrival in Guwahati & Drive to Kaziranga

Day 02

Morning Safari & Drive to Shillong

  • After breakfast, begin your journey to Shillong, the capital of Meghalaya.
  • By evening, arrive in Shillong and check into your hotel, the city's colonial charm.

  • Visit Wildlife safari in Kaziranga.
Day 03

Day Trip from Shillong

  • Today is a day of exploration. After breakfast, set out on a day trip from Shillong, tailored to your interests.
  • You might visit the panoramic Laitlum Canyons, where the earth opens into vast gorges, or stroll through Mawphlang Forest, a biodiversity hotspot protected.
  • Alternatively, you could explore Don Bosco Museum, or Ward's Lake. By evening, you return to Shillong, enriched by the day's discoveries.

Day 04

Shillong to Cherrapunji | Sightseeing En route

  • After breakfast, leave Shillong and head toward Cherrapunji, one of the wettest places on Earth.
  • En route, stop at Elephant Falls, a three-tiered cascade nestled in the forest, and Garden of Caves.
  • By afternoon, reach Cherrapunji and check into your hotel, surrounded by cliffs, waterfalls, and the ever-present mist.

Day 05

Double Decker Living Root Bridge Trek OR Local Sightseeing

  • Today, you choose your adventure.
  • Begin early and drive to Tyrna village, the starting point of the trek to Nongriat.
  • Prefer a relaxed day instead? Explore Arwah Cave, Thangkharang Park, and enjoy leisure time at your resort, soaking in the misty ambiance of Cherrapunji.
  • Whichever path you choose, the day is rich with nature's wonders.

  • Visit Trek to Double Decker Living Root Bridge or Arwah Cave.
Day 06

Cherrapunji to Shillong | Boat Ride in Dawki

  • After breakfast, begin a drive through the East Khasi Hills. First stop: Mawlynnong, Asia's cleanest village.
  • Next, descend to Dawki, where the Umngot River flows so clear it seems invisible.
  • By evening, you return to Shillong, carrying with you the calm of rivers and the charm of village life.
  • Dinner and overnight stay in Shillong.
  • Visit Mawlynnong– Balancing Rock.
Day 07

Shillong to Guwahati Departure

  • Your final morning begins with a relaxed breakfast.
  • Before leaving Meghalaya, you may visit Kamakhya Temple in Guwahati — a revered Shakti Peeth.
  • You will be dropped at the airport or railway station, carrying with you the mist of the hills, the thrill of rivers, and the quiet wisdom of living bridges.
